Study Groups at Guelph ("SGG") is intended as an online bulletin board available to University of Guelph students who wish to create or participate in study groups with other University of Guelph students ("Users").

In order to create or participate in SGG, Users may create a profile including their name and UofG email address. Users will be able to provide additional information on their profile. All information provided in profiles will be made available to other Users. Profile information is not screened or supervised by the U of G in any way.

While the intended Users of the SGG website are University of Guelph students, the web-site is accessible by any "uoguelph" email account holders including alumni, faculty and staff. Therefore, Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information provided and for taking all necessary steps to protect their personal information and their personal safety.

SGG profiles remain active during the semester in which they are posted. All SGG profiles will be removed after the end of each semester.

SGG website users must abide by all relevant University policies including but not limited to the Acceptable Use Policy and Guidelines, Academic Misconduct, and Human Rights at the University of Guelph. Failure to abide by UofG policy may result in the removal of a User profile, in the UofG's sole discretion.

The UofG will not use personal information posted on the SGG website by Users except for statistical usage related to the website.

The UofG assumes no responsibility for any disputes, losses or claims which arise from the use of the SGG website.
